As a Business Analytics Lead within PNC's PCIO Fiscal Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Create and launch a single PCIO workforce system of record (Power BI), leveraging enterprise workforce data, and develop one unified tool for all BMO teams to capture in-flight requests
- Provide consistent reporting to CIO and senior leadership, with clear visibility into targets, in-flight activity, risks, and dependencies
- Standardize workforce intake, pipeline tracking, and executive reporting across all BMOs, replacing the current state of inconsistent data sourcing and tracking practices
- Expand reporting capabilities beyond workforce data to include financial and resource management views, such as crew allocation, capacity, demand planning, forecasting, and more
Candidates must have the following proficiencies:
- Proven experience building Power BI platforms and developing data models that serve as foundational solutions, enabling consistency in processes and enterprise reporting
- Strong data analytics background, with the ability to synthesize complex data, identify trends, and connect insights to measurable outcomes and team performance metrics
- Highly organized, with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams outside of the immediate organization to drive transparency, execution, and successful delivery of initiatives

  • Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data driven solutions. Serves as mentor to more junior employees.
  • Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
  • Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
  • Assists peers with guidance on analytic approaches related to more complex solutions.
  • Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
  • Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
