Job description

Summary of Job Description:

The SCM Business Analytics Manager is responsible for the assigned analytics segment of SCM to provide insight into SCM-related business performance and areas for improvement. This position presents insights to SCM leadership concerning overall SCM and partner performance as the basis for their decision making and strategic planning. The SCM Business Analytics Manager develops internal/external information sources for business analysis and creates, enhances or selects the analytical methodologies and tools used to perform the analysis. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Presents actionable data insights to SCM leadership concerning overall SCM performance as the basis for decision-making and strategic planning. 
  • Improves data warehouse design and develops Alteryx model and BI dashboards, including but not limited to KPI dashboards for on-time, fill rates, actual vs, plan, etc.
  • Leads identification, implementation, configuration, and adoption of SCM systems and technology solution improvement
  • Develops analytics models, templates, tools, and automation to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and synergies across SCM
  • Leads the demand planning analysis and the workflows with cross-functional and departmental teams. Drives collaboration, and self-sufficient models where needed. Constantly refines SOP and methodologies to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manages the end-to-end periodic price audit process, from reporting to reconciliation with DCs and Accounting. Support the analysis for ad-hoc compliance cases to provide insights for SCM business partners for resolution.
  • Leads and manages the reporting and ad-hoc financial analyses. Collaborates with all SCM business functions, Marketing and budgeting process.
  • Supports the establishment of Process Improvement initiatives, including SOP and methodology. Identifies and leads top improvement opportunities for the department.
  • Leads and performs ad-hoc analysis/ projects to support the strategic business needs of the department and PRG to improve business results and process efficiency.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of supply chain and business analytics experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization 
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position. 
  • If hired, completion of annual store training.


Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
