We are seeking a Business Analytics Associate to join our Sacramento, CA team! Hybrid schedule, 3 days a week on-site and 2 days remote.
WHAT You'll Do:
  • Design business analysis and reporting for use throughout the department
  • Collaborate with internal data intelligence group to design data processes and reporting standards, ensure data accuracy, and resolve reporting requests
  • Ensure accuracy of data. Regularly examine data reports/dashboards to locate and resolve mistakes
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends

WHAT You'll Need:
  • Min. three years of experience as a financial or business analyst
  • Experience in analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects to meet deadlines and ability to adapt to change
  • Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts, Microsoft Power BI
  • Attention to small details that could impact results
