Are you a disciplined, high-energy professional looking to take the next step in your leadership career? Salon Halo is a premier brand built on precision, luxury service, and a high-performance culture. We are seeking an Assistant Operations Leader to help helm our daily operations and ensure our guests receive a world-class experience.
This is the perfect role for a self-starter who thrives in a structured, systems-driven environment. You will work closely with our leadership team to maintain the "Halo Standard," supporting a team of stylists who perform in the top 1-10% of the industry.
The Top 3 Responsibilities
  1. 5-Star Guest Hospitality: Acting as the "Lead from the Desk," you ensure every guest journey is seamless, professional, and luxe from arrival to re-booking.
  2. System Execution: Using our proven operational "playbook" to manage daily salon flow, optimize stylist schedules, and maintain meticulous inventory standards.
  3. Team Accountability: Supporting the team in reaching performance goals through clear communication, inspiration, and a commitment to our core values.

The Core Pillars of the Role
We provide the training and the systems; you provide the energy and the execution.
  • Operational Excellence: You ensure the salon is "stage-ready" at all times. This includes overseeing front-of-house aesthetics, managing retail (R+Co and Oway), and ensuring all daily checklists are completed with precision.
  • Performance Support: You'll help track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support our stylists in staying on track to achieve their individual career goals.
  • Growth & Community: You'll be a contributor to Salon Halo's reputation, helping organize promotional events and staying active in the local community to drive brand awareness.

Why You'll Love Growing with Salon Halo
  • Defined Mentorship: We don't believe in guesswork. You will receive comprehensive training in our organizational systems, business development, and leadership structure.
  • High-Performance Environment: Spend your day in an upbeat, inspiring space with an elite creative team and an abundance of resources for your own professional development.
  • Clear Career Path: This position provides a stable, professional atmosphere with potential for growth in pay, responsibilities, and bonuses based on results.

Who You Are
  • A Leadership Mindset: You have experience in a goal-focused, high-volume environment (Luxury Retail, Hospitality, or Premium Service). You are a "forward-thinker" who takes initiative. You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a need and you meet it.
  • A Problem Solver: You have meticulous organizational skills and stay calm and professional when multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • A People Person: You have exceptional communication skills and a genuine love for being of service to others.
  • The "Halo" Mindset: You are a self-starter with a growth mindset, high literacy, and a willingness to be coached within a professional system.

Requirements
  • Ability to support across locations.
  • Strong proficiency in technology and social media communication.
  • A professional attitude and a commitment to excellence in all tasks.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
