Job description

You will be the Production Operations Manager for the Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering manufacturable, highquality solutions on schedule and within cost targets.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Production Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading production planning, execution, and transition activities across internal sites and external suppliers.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Develop and execute manufacturing transition plans to ensure design for manufacturability.

  • Lead cost, schedule, and quality oversight for production activities.

  • Coordinate rate and capacity planning with internal and supplier resources.

  • Support proposal generation with production input and manage make/buy decisions.

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management to meet program goals.
