Responsibilities

Oversee the daily title production lifecycle from initial order to final policy issuance.

Manage and resolve complex title clearance issues by working closely with underwriters, attorneys, and county clerks.

Provide hands-on leadership and support to our title processors and administrative staff.

Ensure all files are processed according to strict compliance standards and internal quality controls.

Communicate clearly with real estate agents, loan officers, and clients to provide timely updates on file status.

Refine our internal processes to ensure our Nanuet office operates as efficiently as possible.


Requirements

Florida Title Insurance License.

Five or more years of experience managing complex real estate title operations.

Deep understanding of Florida real estate law and title clearing procedures.

Advanced proficiency with industry-standard title production software.

High level of comfort navigating state and local recording requirements.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize high-volume workflows.

Experience leading or mentoring small teams within a real estate environment.

Salary commensurate with experience.
