Description
Tactical Revolution, LLC is seeking a highly organized Executive Operations Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to company leadership. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can serve as an extension of leadership by helping manage schedules, track priorities, coordinate communication, organize documents, and ensure follow-through across fast-moving operational requirements.
The Executive Operations Assistant will support the Operations Director and senior leadership across office administration, staffing coordination, proposal tracking, recruiting support, vendor communication, travel and logistics coordination, HR workflow support, and basic finance documentation support. This role does not require prior tactical, military, or special operations experience. The ideal candidate will bring expert-level office skills, strong communication, discretion, organization, and the ability to keep leadership and departments aligned.
This position is mandatory on site in Jupiter, FL, with limited opportunities for remote work, approximately 10-20%, based on operational requirements and leadership approval.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in executive support, office management, administrative operations, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, shared drives, email platforms, and task tracking tools.
  • Able to support executive scheduling, office administration, staffing coordination, proposal tracking, recruiting support, vendor communication, travel/logistics coordination, HR workflows, and basic AP/AR documentation support.
  • Able to communicate professionally with leadership, employees, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling personnel, client, financial, contract, and company information.
  • Able to work on site in Jupiter, FL as the primary duty location, with limited remote work only when approved and operationally appropriate.
  • Willing and able to work extended hours, weekends, or travel as required to support operational needs.
  • Prior military experience is advantageous; however, it is not required.
