Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

  • Maintain inventory of trackers in the ICC office, including scanning trackers as they are returned from exit gates and checking them in and out of inventory.
  • Charge, test, organize, and prepare trackers for deployment into the field.
  • Conduct bi-weekly inventory audits, including trackers located in the office, at gates, and other assigned areas.
  • Accountable for tracker inventory management and reconciliation of billing invoices.
  • Retrieve and evaluate trackers requiring further attention (RFA) and determine appropriate corrective actions.
  • Return defective trackers and ensure system records, billing, and replacement orders are accurately processed.
  • Package and ship trackers and other equipment as required.
  • Monitor vehicle inventory volumes and fluctuations to anticipate inventory needs and coordinate with leadership and the Global Control Manager (GCM) to maintain appropriate tracker inventory levels.
  • Review and interpret inventory analytics dashboards and monitor adherence to program metrics.
  • Proactively communicate inventory status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and GCM.
  • Monitor tracker leakage and work with operational teams to maintain healthy inventory levels and achieve program targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Lot Operations teams and serve as the primary point of contact regarding tracker inventory.
  • Assist vendors, dealers, third parties, and employees with questions regarding policies, procedures, processes, status updates, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain ICC office equipment, including TC75 devices, printers, batteries, and related hardware.
  • Promote and support process improvements, project adoption, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Deliver Lot Vision training and reinforce project standards, operating procedures, best practices, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in ICC and Lot Vision program calls, sharing best practices and supporting program advancement.
  • Assist with Lot Vision deployments and operational support.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and actively participating in Safety Excellence initiatives.
  • Help support monthly lot scan for inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience
  • OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience
  • OR 5 years of related work experience.
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
