Workspace Collective is hiring a Community Operations Associate to support the daily backend operations of our Daytona Beach coworking locations.
This is an entry-level, operations-focused role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping systems running smoothly. While there is member interaction, this is primarily a back-of-house administrative and space operations position.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage virtual mail and package operations
  • Support billing, payments, and member onboarding/offboarding
  • Prepare meeting rooms and maintain shared spaces
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies
  • Ensure both locations are clean, professional, and operationally sound
