Job description

About Bulk Environmental & Industrial

Bulk Environmental & Industrial is a fast-growing leader in professional transportation and logistics services, providing long-haul transportation, collection, and loading of waste and other materials. We are scaling rapidly and investing in the commercial infrastructure — processes, systems, and analytics — that will drive revenue predictability and long-term enterprise value.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our commercial organization. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will assist with maintaining key processes, systems, and reporting that keep the commercial function running smoothly — including contract tracking, pricing support, pipeline reporting, forecasting inputs, and customer lifecycle coordination.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with data and processes. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, visibility, and consistency across our commercial operations.

What You’ll Support

Contract & Commercial Administration

  • Maintain and update the repository of active customer contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Track key contract details including start dates, expiration dates, and renewal timelines.
  • Assist in maintaining a rolling contract renewal calendar and support coordination of renewal activities.

Revenue Operations & Reporting

  • Support updates to pricing schedules, surcharges, and customer rate adjustments.
  • Assist with the execution of price changes, including documentation and tracking implementation.
  • Help prepare recurring revenue reports, dashboards, and basic forecasting inputs.
  • Track actual vs. expected performance and flag discrepancies for review.

Pipeline & CRM Support

  • Maintain CRM data hygiene, ensuring accuracy of pipeline stages, close dates, and account details.
  • Generate regular pipeline and activity reports for the commercial team.
  • Assist with tracking win/loss data and compiling insights for internal review.

Customer Lifecycle & Coordination

  • Support customer retention initiatives and account tracking efforts.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers by coordinating handoffs between commercial and operations teams.
  • Help ensure accurate setup of accounts to support smooth billing and invoicing.

Process & Operational Support

  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key commercial processes.
  • Identify data inconsistencies or process gaps and escalate for resolution.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the commercial team as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, analytics, contract administration, or a related field (internships or entry-level experience welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfort working with data, reporting, and spreadsheets (Excel proficiency required).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
