Job Title: Hiring Manager InternOverview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hiring Manager Intern to support our recruitment and hiring processes. This role is ideal for someone interested in human resources, operations, or talent acquisition who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the hiring manager with day-to-day recruiting tasks
  • Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with candidates and team members
  • Communicate with applicants via email and phone in a professional manner
  • Help maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate records
  • Participate in interview processes (note-taking, candidate evaluation support)
  • Support onboarding tasks for new hires (paperwork, coordination, etc.)
  • Assist in posting job listings across platforms (Indeed, Workstream, etc.)
  • Help improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience, following up with candidates post-hiring.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
