Position Summary

The Maintenance Operations Manager role is responsible for assisting the Head of Maintenance in the day-to-day operational management of the deployed maintenance sites to include: management of site maintenance personnel, as well as the management of personnel rotations, tracking pre deployment requirements are met and tracking travel to and from site. The MX Operations Manager will assist the Head of MX in ensuring adequate numbers of MX and AVI technicians are on-site including assisting in hiring these maintenance positions.

What You’ll Do

The Maintenance Operations Manager assists with the design, delivery, and oversight of deployed maintenance personnel rotations and day to day operational management. This includes, but is not limited to, daily administrative issues, site rotation management, tracking of pre deployment qualifications, tracking of clearances, and assists in maintenance personnel interviews for employment.

  • Manage deployed sites daily to ensure adequate numbers of Mechanic and Avionics technicians are on-site to include management of personnel rotations using Monday Boards.
  • Assisting deployers with the daily administrative problems that will arise.
  • Assist the Head of Maintenance in the hiring of Metrea Maintenance teammates and ensure the pre-deployment requirements are met to ensure timely deployment of new teammates.
  • Assist the Head of Maintenance in the standup of new sites.
