Job description

Operations Coordinator
  • Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (On-site)
  • Location: Doral, Florida
  • Salary Range: $16.22 - $25.50 DOE

Position Summary
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals for an entry-level Operations Coordinator role. This position supports vessel port operations by managing shipment documentation, coordinating cargo movement, and assisting with customs clearance processes. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry of shipment, manifest, and routing information
  • Receive and review manifests and supporting documentation from vessels calling port
  • Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure shipments are properly cleared
  • Communicate with onboard documentation managers to resolve questions or discrepancies
  • Work with trucking companies by providing manifests, documents, pickup instructions, and delivery details
  • Coordinate with operations teams to distribute shipments for final routing
  • Request, verify, and enter applicable charges into company systems
  • Maintain organized files and records for all shipments and transactions
  • Provide timely updates to internal teams and customers as needed
  • Job duties may be added or taken away due to operational / business needs and requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $16.22 - $25.50
Starting pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
