Brand Manager | Entry-Level Development

Full Time | On Site | Miami, Florida

NO REMOTE (2-4 Weeks Start)

Curious about what makes people notice, trust and choose a brand? This Brand Manager opportunity gives you the training and commercial experience to turn that curiosity into a career.

Company Overview

We are a Miami-based sales and marketing company working with clients across technology, telecommunications, health and wellness, nonprofit outreach, lifestyle services and professional services. Through business-to-business, event and retail campaigns, we help brands reach customers and grow sales.

The Brand Manager Role

This is an entry-level, customer-facing brand management position—not a social media or digital marketing role. Training is provided in campaign delivery, brand communication, customer acquisition and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn each client’s brand, audience and campaign objectives
  • Turn brand guidelines into clear customer messaging
  • Prepare campaign briefs and promotional materials
  • Communicate product and service value to prospective customers
  • Maintain brand standards throughout campaign delivery
  • Track engagement, customer feedback and sales results
  • Work with sales and operations teams to improve performance
  • Support product briefings and new team member training

Career Development

As your experience develops, you may take ownership of larger campaigns, lead team briefings, coach new colleagues and progress toward senior brand, account or campaign management.

Progression is based on performance, capability and business needs.

Ideal Candidate

  • Interested in brands, marketing and customer behaviour
  • A confident communicator with strong people skills
  • Organized, coachable and motivated by measurable goals
  • Experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, sales or customer service would be useful but is not essential

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Structured training and ongoing coaching
  • Travel opportunities for selected campaigns
  • Team events and professional networking
  • Performance-based career progression

Ready to learn how successful brands connect with customers and grow? Apply for the Brand Manager position today. Selected candidates are being contacted now.

We are an equal opportunity employer. Reasonable accommodations are available throughout the recruitment process.
