Job Summary:
Everflow is a SaaS Partner Marketing platform focused on managing and scaling revenue from affiliates and partnerships. The Network Operations Manager will ensure seamless integrations and optimize data flow for marketplace advertisers and publishers, while collaborating with technical teams to enhance platform performance.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Actively monitor marketplace traffic to identify and troubleshoot anomalies, technical spikes, or tracking discrepancies.
โ€ข Act as the primary technical resource for publishers and internal teams to diagnose, escalate, and resolve issues involving APIs, JS SDKs, and proprietary tracking.
โ€ข Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to escalate critical bugs and provide field-based feedback to improve platform stability.
โ€ข Maintain updated internal FAQs and technical documentation specifically tailored to marketplace and publisher integration best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3โ€“5 years in an Affiliate Manager, Account Manager, Technical Solutions, or Network Operations role within the SaaS or Performance Marketing space.
โ€ข High School Diploma or equivalent
โ€ข Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-commerce landscape, including: E-commerce & Shopping Carts: Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento; Media Buying & Ad Networks: Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Ads; CRMs & Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive; Performance Tracking: Expert understanding of tracking protocols, attribution models, and third-party tracking platforms.
