Job description

General Manager (Executive Leadership)

Miami Beach, FL
Full-Time | Executive Leadership

Build the Future of A.I.

Most companies are trying to figure out how to use artificial intelligence.

We're building companies with it.

Quantum A.I. Group is a venture-backed startup incubator launching and scaling AI-powered businesses across software, marketing, media, healthcare, fintech, and automation. Thanks to the rapid adoption of AI, we're experiencing explosive growth and are looking for an exceptional General Manager to help us scale.

This isn't a corporate management position.

We're looking for an operator.

Someone who can lead people, build systems, leverage AI, solve problems, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when necessary. If you're looking for a job where every day is different, you'll love this role.

If you're looking for a job where every day is predictable, this isn't it.

About the Role

As General Manager, you'll report directly to the CEO and become the operational backbone of the company.

Your mission is simple:

Turn vision into execution.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage department leaders, optimize AI-driven workflows, build scalable systems, hire exceptional talent, and ensure every part of the organization is moving in the same direction.

You'll manage both humans and AI.

You'll lead teams while also identifying opportunities where automation, AI agents, and intelligent systems can dramatically improve productivity and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business units
  • Build, improve, and document scalable operating systems
  • Manage department heads and cross-functional teams
  • Integrate AI tools and AI agents into everyday operations
  • Develop KPIs and hold leaders accountable
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing employees
  • Improve productivity through automation
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them quickly
  • Review financial performance and operational metrics
  • Work directly with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives
  • Help launch entirely new AI-powered companies

Who You Are

You don't wait for instructions.

You don't say, "That's not my job."

You solve problems.

You're equally comfortable leading a boardroom meeting, troubleshooting an operational issue, reviewing financial dashboards, helping recruit top talent, or jumping into a project that simply needs to get done.

You embrace change instead of resisting it.

Most importantly, you're excited about using AI to build organizations that outperform traditional companies.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in operations, executive management, or business leadership
  • Proven experience leading teams in a fast-growing company
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • Experience with AI tools and automation platforms is highly desirable
  • Startup experience is a major plus
  • SaaS, technology, or digital marketing experience is a plus

You Might Be a Great Fit If...

  • You thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
  • You enjoy solving difficult operational problems.
  • You think like an owner.
  • You can make decisions with incomplete information.
  • You love building systems that scale.
  • You understand that AI isn't replacing people—it's empowering exceptional teams.

Compensation

  • Competitive executive base salary
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • Long-term equity or incentive opportunity for the right candidate
  • Executive leadership growth opportunities
  • Opportunity to help build multiple AI companies from the ground up

Why Quantum A.I. Group?

We're not building one company.

We're building an ecosystem of AI-powered businesses that leverage automation, machine intelligence, and exceptional people to disrupt traditional industries.

You'll work directly with visionary founders, influence company-wide strategy, and have the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on an organization that's growing at an extraordinary pace.

If you're excited by challenge, innovation, and the opportunity to help build the next generation of AI companies, we'd love to hear from you.

This is more than a management role.

It's an opportunity to build the future.
