Salary: $70-75,000/year
This position serves Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden and Jefferson Counties and requires some travel.

Are you goal driven? Then this position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.
Scope of Position: Provide leadership and direction for the staff. Ensure consistent management and oversight of WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth regulations. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Work directly with the EDSI Regional Director and Leadership Team, as well as the funder and partners to enhance program services.
Essential Functions:
Model Servant Leadership by living EDSI's core values
Establish professional working relationships with community organizations
Attend required meetings with local and state representatives regarding job placement and job retention issues and apprise staff of discussions held at these meetings
Maintain accurate participant tracking information
Act as a liaison between the local office and EDSI office in Dearborn, providing documentation when requested
Assist in compiling information into reports for EDSI, Board of Directors, and the State as needed
Facilitate weekly staff meetings
Conduct internal programmatic monitoring of team to ensure compliance.
Give recommendations for hiring and termination of staff
Will keep executive level and senior management informed of all activities and any potential issues occurring in the centers
Seek training and information on new and innovative programs that could have a positive effect on operations
Research new approaches and products to provide continuous improvement and market alignment as changes occur with the economy
Attend workforce development training opportunities throughout Florida and sometimes outside of the state for topics dealing with workforce programs and issues that could have an impact on programs
Participate in quarterly One-Stop Operator Partner Meetings
Conduct coaching with staff on personnel issues and develop corrective action plans as necessary
Maintain compliance with all EDSI and board policies and procedures including personnel policies
Review monthly budgets to monitor expenditures and approve expense reports
Communicate with EDSI's Regional Director of Operations about successes and areas of support needed to attain program goals
Travel between offices and to local businesses and partners in the Capital Region
Attend regularly scheduled meetings with all Career Source departments

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or associate's degree, and three years of work experience in case management/human services or related experience
Demonstrated experience managing, directing and coordinating a high-performing team to include professional development and mentorship
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Experience in a team-oriented environment with an ability to work independently
Ability to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
Florida Workforce Professional Certification Tier I required (must be completed within 1 year of employment)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Valid Driver's License
