Freight Breakers is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead warehouse and distribution center operations in Ocala, Florida. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams while delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all site operations, including customer relations, labor management, quality, safety, and operational performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and managers while fostering associate engagement and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal leadership teams.
  • Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and operational performance.
  • Monitor and achieve customer KPIs across all functional areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and customer policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to support operational needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience managing multi-shift operations preferred.
  • Multi-site management experience is a plus.
  • Third-party logistics (3PL) experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
