We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Assistant to join our team. As a Wholesale Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our wholesale operations, ensuring efficient order processing, and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Wholesale Manager in all aspects of wholesale operations, from order management to customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced wholesale environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Wholesale Manager in handling all aspects of wholesale operations, including order processing, invoicing, and shipment coordination.
  • Communicate with wholesale clients to address inquiries, provide product information, and offer exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of wholesale orders, inventory levels, and customer details in our system/database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as the sales and logistics departments, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, track performance, and provide insights for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment processing and resolve any billing discrepancies with wholesale clients.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, including conducting periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials for wholesale clients, including product catalogs, price lists, and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to contribute to the development of effective wholesale strategies.


Requirements:
