We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Business Development & Sales Specialist to join our team on-site. In this role, you will be heavily focused on driving sales growth, acquiring top-tier brand partnerships, and expanding our distribution network. Compensation & Earning Potential:


  • Base Salary: $5,000 / month ($60,000 / year)
  • Health Insurance Stipend: $350 / month
  • Content Days (Fridays): $300 / day
  • Deal Closing Bonus: $100 bonus per day for opening a new brand or negotiating better pricing with existing partners


Total Earning Potential: Up to $8,550+ / month ($102,600+ / year)

Responsibilities
  • Brand Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Identify, reach out to, and secure partnerships with brands that consumers love, like, and trust.
  • Capital & Fund Allocation: Strategic deployment of distribution funds to maximize return and strengthen brand partnerships.
  • End-to-End Sales & Negotiation: Conduct high-stakes price negotiations to ensure client, investor, and ecosystem profitability.
  • Active Pipeline Management: Maintain high-volume outbound calling and host daily Zoom meetings with potential brand partners.
  • CRM Utilization: Diligently track and log all outreach, call volumes, and deal progress within the CRM.
  • Content Creation: Comfortable appearing on camera to film and produce engaging marketing and promotional video content for the company when not conducting sales calls.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven sales, business development, or account acquisition experience.
  • On-Site Availability: Ability to report to our physical office on a daily basis.
  • On-Camera Presence: Must be confident, charismatic, and comfortable appearing on camera for virtual meetings and content creation.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to pitch, overcome objections, and close deals efficiently.
  • CRM Proficiency: Advanced experience using CRM platforms to manage sales funnels and activity metrics.
  • Adaptability & Leadership: A proven track record of self-direction with the ambition and maturity to grow into higher leadership roles within the organization.
