Job description

Famous Tate  is looking for a  full time Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center Warehouse team! You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize materials and items in the warehouse
  • Manage equipment, product, and supplies
  • Maintains high activity/productivity level
  • Inspect items for damage and defects
  • Pick, pack ad label customers orders
  • Load outbound shipments
  • Sweep and keep the warehouse clean and safe
  • Prepare items for recycling

Qualifications

  • Work history includes warehouse work 
  • Be capable of lifting 50 pounds.
  • Work on their feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day, 45 hours per week
  • Be a fast worker, capable of keeping organized.
  •  Have a valid driver’s license.
  • Able to pass a background check and a drug test
  • Forklift certification a PLUS
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English to handle orders
