Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. In this role, you will help ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities
  • Pick customer orders accurately based on packing lists, scanner instructions, or warehouse systems
  • Pack products securely to help ensure safe transport and delivery
  • Label, sort, and prepare shipments for outbound carriers
  • Verify item counts, product codes, and order details for accuracy
  • Load, unload, and move materials as needed using appropriate equipment and safe lifting practices
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, and inventory organization
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow company procedures, quality standards, and shipping requirements
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to support daily workflow
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
