Position Overview
As a Pick/Packer at Naples Soap Company, you will play an essential role in ensuring products are accurately packed, prepared, and shipped to customers and retail locations. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction as we continue expanding our retail and online presence throughout Florida and beyond.
The right hire is someone who consistently shows up on time, follows instructions well, and maintains accuracy while working efficiently. This person works well with others, stays organized, and maintains a positive attitude, especially during busy periods such as sales events and holidays. Reliability, consistency, and a willingness to help wherever needed are key indicators of success in this role.
Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and pack products for shipment while following company quality standards
  • Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging
  • Properly label packages to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Wrap soaps and assist with additional duties as assigned
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Assist with inventory management and tracking packaged goods
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and protocols
  • Support other warehouse and production operations as needed
