Looking for an opportunity to lead a team, build customer relationships, and play a major role in a growing operation? Tidewater Fleet Supply/TNT Parts is looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Branch Manager professional to help drive branch success through strong leadership, operational excellence, and outstanding customer service.
This is not a desk-only management role. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, support warehouse operations, assist customers, coordinate deliveries, manage inventory, and help grow branch sales. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, solving problems, working with people, and taking ownership of your location, this could be a great fit.
The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, parts sales, inventory management, and customer service within the heavy duty, automotive, fleet, or trailer industry.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, order picking, and deliveries.
  • Lead and support warehouse associates and drivers to ensure smooth branch operations.
  • Route and coordinate deliveries to provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts lookups, quotes, orders, and returns.
  • Build strong customer relationships and help grow branch sales.
  • Locate and source parts, including processing non-stocked buyouts when needed.
  • Increase sales opportunities through cross-selling, up-selling, and promoting available products and specials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Train, coach, and develop associates while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Identify operational improvements and help implement solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
