Job description

The General Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by handling receiving, stocking, order picking, shipping, and customer service tasks. Working within a small team and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position ensures smooth and efficient inventory flow and timely preparation of goods for local delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming packages and inspect for accuracy
  • Put away stocked products in designated locations
  • Pick stock to fulfill customer orders efficiently
  • Perform shipping duties as assigned
  • Manage inventory to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Prepare items for local delivery
  • Assist walk-in customers with their needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in warehouse operations preferred but not required (training provided)
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation 
  • No felonies
