Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Marketing Associate to support the growth and positioning of our product portfolio. This role serves as the bridge between product knowledge and strategic marketing execution, helping drive successful Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, product launches, packaging updates, tradeshow execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and market landscape while working closely with Sourcing, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and scalability across all product-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Line Packaging Updates

· Coordinate and oversee product packaging refreshes, including visual updates, messaging, and product information accuracy.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure packaging aligns with brand standards and product positioning.

· Maintain organization and version control of packaging assets and timelines.

Market Research & Product Positioning

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.

· Support the development of compelling product messaging and value propositions.

· Assist in refining product positioning based on customer insights, industry trends, and

competitor activity.

Cross-Departmental Alignment

· Serve as a liaison between Sourcing, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on product initiatives and priorities.

· Support efficient execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) processes and product launches.

· Help maintain accurate product information and communication across departments.

Tradeshow & Event Ownership

· Lead tradeshow coordination, planning, and booth display execution.

· Manage event logistics, materials, timelines, and vendor coordination.

· Serve as a product expert during tradeshows and industry events, representing the brand and supporting sales efforts.

Product Expertise & Marketing Support

· Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of company products and target markets.

· Support creation of product-focused marketing materials, presentations, and sales support tools.

· Assist with new product launch initiatives and promotional campaigns.


Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms.

Preferred Experience

· Previous experience in product marketing, marketing coordination, or related roles.

· Experience with event planning, tradeshow coordination, or event marketing.

· Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is a plus, but not required.

· Familiarity with product lifecycle management and Go-to-Market processes preferred.
