Warehouse Supervisor – New Castle, DE

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $67k-70k Salary
Location: Irvington, NJ

Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, handling, organizing, storing, and distributing telecommunications cable. This role serves as the onsite leader and handson coach for the warehouse team, ensuring operational accuracy, safety, and efficiency. The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate with vendor partners, manage inventory control documentation, and oversee procurement of labor, equipment, and supplies. This position reports directly to the Sr. Operations Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as onsite leader and handson coach to warehouse staff
  • Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse personnel
  • Oversee all logistics processes from receiving to delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and customers
  • Track and document service provider performance
  • Confirm and organize incoming cable shipments
  • Manage inventory accuracy and maintain all related documentation
  • Provide management with updates on operational performance and issues
  • Ensure service commitments for quantity, quality, and timing are met
  • Enforce strict security protocols to protect cable at all custody stages
  • Schedule and consolidate outbound deliveries to minimize transportation costs
