MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accurately pick products based on pick tickets and order specifications
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Maintain product integrity by following food safety and handling procedures
  • Ensure orders are correctly labeled, wrapped, and ready for shipment
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation guidelines to prevent spoilage
  • Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned
  • As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or food distribution environment a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to work in a refrigerated or freezer areas as needed
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
