Position Specifics

Department: Parts
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Supervises: None

Purpose

Performs customer service, shipping/receiving, and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, storage, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership.

Responsibilities

Assist with merchandising displays by restocking showroom inventory
Verify receiving and receipting of incoming parts shipments
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe parts department and warehouse
Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity
Ensure the picking board is clean and updated at all times
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading and organizing inventory
Support internal and external customers with parts inquiries and requests
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
Perform any other duties as assigned

Experience, Education, Skills & Knowledge

Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
Ability to receipt and invoice parts using the PFW business system as required by department management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
High School diploma or equivalent experience required
