We're looking for a Distribution Center / Warehouse Associate to join our growing Syracuse, NY Branch. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, working as part of a team, and helping customers get exactly what they need - this is the role for you.



What You'll Do

As a Distribution Center / Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep our inventory moving accurately and efficiently. You'll:
Pull customer orders, branch transfers, and delivery stock
Receive incoming product and verify accuracy
Maintain and manage inventory levels
Perform general warehousing functions (stocking, organizing, staging orders)
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Complete required paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements


What You'll Bring

You'll succeed in this role if you're reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work as part of a team that gets things done.

  High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the day
Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. frequently and 20+ lbs. constantly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid NYS driver's license (must be maintained throughout employment)
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple navigation)

  Willingness to follow procedures and safety requirements

  Prior warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
