Position Overview

Are you an experienced logistics professional who thrives on optimization, leadership, and precision? We are seeking a dynamic Regional Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and elevate our warehouse operations within the Syracuse region.

In this role, you won't just manage a facility-you will drive strategy across multiple regional locations. You will lead procurement efforts, spearhead strict safety and asset-protection protocols, optimize a high-value technology inventory system, and guide a dedicated team. If you are an analytical problem-solver who leads with empathy and excellence, we want you on our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Site Operations & Leadership: Oversee daily operations across multiple regional warehouse locations. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff while cultivating a positive, inclusive team culture.
  • Inventory Control & Technology: Implement and manage advanced inventory control systems. Conduct regular audits, analyze data trends to minimize loss, and coordinate directly with Sales, Service, and Production teams to forecast demand.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships. Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing to secure cost savings and ensure a timely supply of materials.
  • Safety & Compliance Enforcement: Serve as the primary contact for regional safety and incident notifications. Partner with HR and Executive leadership to develop Emergency Action Plans, lead safety meetings, conduct audits, and ensure 100% OSHA compliance.
  • Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation companies to ensure accurate, on-time product delivery to our customers.
  • Financial Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage the regional warehouse budget while actively implementing cost-saving measures.


What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Safety Focused: Proven experience managing OSHA compliance and safety training.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong track record in vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • Mobility: A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required, as this role involves regional travel to oversee multiple sites. Must pass and maintain a valid DOT medical examination/physical

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, push, pull, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasional exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and changing weather conditions.
