As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to help build the next phase of our fulfillment and inventory operations.

This is more than a traditional warehouse management role. You'll have the opportunity to shape processes, improve efficiency, build scalable systems, and directly influence the operational success of a rapidly growing business. What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations & Team Leadership

  • Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping
  • Manage daily warehouse activities to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse team members
  • Establish clear expectations, workflows, and accountability across warehouse functions
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Monitor productivity and implement improvements to maximize operational performance

Inventory Management & Systems

  • Oversee inventory accuracy across all products and warehouse locations
  • Manage and optimize warehouse management systems and inventory processes
  • Develop scalable inventory structures that support continued growth and increasing SKU counts
  • Implement cycle counting, auditing, and stock control procedures
  • Analyze inventory trends and proactively address discrepancies

Process Improvement & Scalability

  • Design, document, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and operational processes
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and throughput
  • Develop KPIs and reporting to measure warehouse performance and support data-driven decision-making
  • Evaluate and implement automation tools, technology, and workflow improvements
  • Help build the operational infrastructure needed to support future company growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Logistics, Retail, and Leadership teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory availability and fulfillment-related matters
  • Support product launches, promotions, events, and special projects
  • Align warehouse operations with broader company goals and business priorities

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of warehouse leadership, management, or operations experience
  • Proven success managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar inventory platforms
  • Forklift certification and operating experience
  • Experience developing SOPs, workflows, and operational processes
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, collectibles, trading cards, or high-SKU inventory environments is highly preferred
