Job Specification
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- System Data Synchronization (Material Master Data Management)

- Location Warehouse Space Optimization

- Inventory Audit 3PL Partnership Management

- Operation Oversight Human Error Prevention Training.
Qualified candidates must have:

- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in warehouse operations and inventory management,

specifically handling semiconductor materials, industrial plant equipment, or manufacturing logistics (Manager or Supervisor level experience is highly preferred).

-ï‚· System Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of WMS and global ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with a proven

track record of managing material master data and troubleshooting system interface discrepancies through data

analysis.

-ï‚· Process Management Skills: Practical experience in optimizing warehouse layouts for spatial efficiency, designing

bin/location management processes, and supervising barcode scanner-based picking operations.

-ï‚· 3PL Training Leadership: Demonstrated ability to audit and verify operational compliance of third-party logistics

(3PL) providers, along with strong communication skills to lead hands-on material-to-system matching training for

warehouse crews.

-ï‚· Language Skills: Fluency in English is required for coordinating with local 3PLs and vendors; proficiency in Korean is

highly preferred to facilitate seamless business communication and reporting with HQ.
