WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE Overseeing the logistical operation of the warehouses including the following functions: receiving, product storage/inventory, assisting in installation load outs daily. Analyze inventory levels and support development of inventory optimization/lean warehouse practices. Implement best in class warehousing processes that drive operational efficiencies. Lead a safety culture throughout the department by supporting all safety initiatives. Ensure all assigned warehouses maintain Federal and local municipality regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOL, EEOC, etc.) Mentor local warehouse management team concerning specific organizational goals, strategies, and best practices. Collaborate with Director of Production on overall Organizational Goals, establishing and driving specific installation KPI's while promoting a sustainable, trusting work environment. Undertake other special projects and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON 5-7 years of related experience including people management. Demonstrate track record of relationship management and collaboration, team building, and organizational agility. Financial acumen with a full understand of the impact of failure in terms of business cost, production schedules and customer order fulfillment. Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence others at all levels within the organization. Ability to analyze and manipulate technical and complex data to provide meaningful conclusions. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education. Valid driver license. Advanced skills in Microsoft outlook and excel. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
