Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: South San Francisco, CA

Work scheduling: Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills
  • Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and team player essential.
  • Forklift experience [preferred]

Responsibilities

  • Receive & issue goods, ensure the accuracy of dimension, weight, & number of carton tally with documents attached
  • Check physical cargo upon receiving/hand-over from/to contractor
  • Labeling, piece count, & take picture during the cargo unloading
  • Notify Customer Service & lane operator when find difference or damage of the cargo
  • Follow lane operators' instruction for daily cargo receiving
  • Ensure all operations process in compliance
  • Conduct the value-added service to customer, such as repacking, testing report, etc
  • Conduct the documentation hand-over among terminal, office, & customs building on a timely basis
  • Quality control of daily warehouse operations, trucking & warehouse systems
  • Monitor shipment for delivery schedule on timely basis
  • Update daily report & prepare shipping & documents for customs & billing
  • Complete any forklift operation training as needed
  • Any other assignments from the management if needed
