Bradford Airport Logistics is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Supervisor (SOS) to lead daily operations at our fast-paced 3PL distribution center in Astoria, supporting LaGuardia Airport. This role oversees team performance, dock operations, customer service, and supplier relationships. We are looking for a driven leader with strong decision-making skills and a commitment to building a high-performing team. Career growth, promotion, and relocation opportunities are available.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in team or employee management, with team building and coaching skills.
  • Experience in logistics, airport, warehouse, or related industries preferred.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM-1:00 PM (flexibility to work weekends based on business needs) 
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication and familiarity with word processing, email, database, and internet software.
  • Ability to lift to 75 pounds, pass a TSA background check, and meet drug, alcohol, and driver's license requirements.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent direct work experience in place of education.

Your Responsibilities as the Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be:

  • Train, lead, and ensure team adherence to all BAL, TSA, airport, and customer regulations and policies.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, distribution, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency; identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and airport stakeholders to optimize performance and resolve issues.
  • Execute administrative tasks and consistently enforce company policies and procedures.
