Position Summary:
The Wholesale Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting day-to-day wholesale operations by ensuring accurate order processing, inventory visibility and tracking, and coordinating effectively across sales, logistics, and customers.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for Wholesale Operations within the state, managing daily order flow and owning standard communication between internal teams and external partners.
The analyst is responsible for maintaining the systems and processes that support wholesale for Trulieve in GA, helping ensure timely execution and a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to build foundational experience in wholesale operations, systems, and cross-functional coordination, with exposure to multiple areas of the business as the organization expands.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact between Wholesale Sales, Logistics/Distribution, and customers, to support smooth order execution
  • Process and manage wholesale orders in SAP and Sweed with a high degree of accuracy
  • Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry and system updates
  • Support inventory management, reconciliation, and reporting processes
  • Prepare and distribute daily customer product menus, including availability and pricing
  • Compile weekly and monthly sales, and performance reports
  • Monitor operational trends and escalate or suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Ensure accurate pricing, including application of approved discounts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer inquiries
  • Process and reconcile product returns with proper documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, order processing, data entry, or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data comparisons, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, team-orientated mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a wholesale, retail, or logistics environment
  • Familiarity with SAP, Sweed, or similar systems

Additional Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure requirements of this position can be fully met.
  • Due to the nature of our business, it is advocated that when representing Trulieve that our professionalism meets the needs of the medical patient/adult use customer base that we respectively serve.
  • To uniformly align with the organization, an individual must be able to provide a level of communication that aligns respectively with the diversification of our patients/customers which may exhibit opportunities to assess the situation and apply meaningful service.
  • In addition, must be able to quickly identify and insert additional support where needed to deescalate situations without compromising Trulieve's objective in serving our patient/customer base with excellent customer service.

Work Schedule:
40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on sales needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.
