Job description

At Chick-fil-A Bohemia, we are an organization that strives for excellence and desires to create a remarkable experience for our guests and our team. Our Assistant Operations Director will work alongside the Operations Director. The Assistant Director will be responsible for assisting in managing a team of 30+ team members, coaching that team in Chick-fil-A standards, and building morale among team members in a fast and demanding environment. They will also be responsible for managing and leading the shift in the absence of the Operations Director.

This is an operationally hands-on position. As part of the daily management duties, Assistant Operations Directors are responsible for: food quality and safety, inventory, labor hours, cleanliness of the store, maintenance of the facility, customer service, food cost control. They are also responsible for the actions of the team and the overall reputation of the store. We are recruiting for results-oriented individuals who desire to be part of a successful business.
