IES Safety, LLC โ€“ Administration Department is seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential administrative support to the organization while assisting the Human Resources department with day-to-day operations, as well as supporting various departments across the company.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism and maturity in demeanor, with a strong commitment to accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. This position requires someone who is dependable, diligent, and capable of managing multiple priorities while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Functions

โ€ข Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner

โ€ข Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed

โ€ข Coordinate out-of-town travel activities

โ€ข Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence

โ€ข Maintain organized and accurate document management systems

โ€ข Overseeing office equipment and maintenance

โ€ข Provide administrative support to all departments as required

โ€ข Perform general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
