Assistant General Manager

Job Summary:


We are a rapidly growing restaurant looking for General Managers to enhance our company.

We’re looking for creative, motivated people with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be organized, have basic serving skills, communicative, high energy and have a positive attitude.

The Assistant Front of the House Manager reports to the General Manager. They must be a leader who is committed to mentoring and advising the management team and staff to ensure the successful execution of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Be able to be on your feet for 4-8 hours

• Be able to kneel, stoop, bend, push, shove, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Must be mentally alert, detailed oriented with good reasoning skills

• Must be able to read, write and speak English in a clear understandable voice

• Knowledge of service standards


Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking and analyze financial metrics of the location to ensure they are meeting set standards and achieving overall profitability goals.

• Assist in reviewing data such as daily sales, labor, shift notes, and other financial data.

• Assist in recruiting, rewarding, and retaining top team members and cultivate management potential.

• Ensure Company Policy and Procedures are understood and followed through.

• Operate within the values and guidelines of Angry Crab Shack.
