Requirements

This position requires:

  • Assist in restocking inventory as it arrives
  • Maintain kitchen floors clean throughout the day
  • Maintain clean and organized dish area
  • Ensure all dishware, pots and pan are clean, sanitized and dry
  • Complete assigned prep task assigned by chefs
  • Assist servers, cooks, and prep staff as needed
  • Ensure trash is taken out to designated area throughout shift and end of day
  • Other duties as assigned by management team
