Role Overview
Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to support a large-scale mission-critical construction project in Sullivan, Indiana. This individual will play a key role in maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy across document workflows, and supporting field and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction or engineering document control experience who thrives in fast-paced project environments and enjoys keeping complex projects organized and on track.
Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project documentation within EDMS platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Build, SharePoint, or similar systems
  • Process and track RFIs, submittals, transmittals, drawing revisions, and closeout documentation
  • Maintain accurate document logs and ensure proper version control procedures
  • Coordinate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely document flow
  • Support QA/QC and commissioning documentation efforts
  • Assist with project turnover and closeout package compilation
  • Ensure documentation complies with company and client standards
  • Help organize and maintain digital filing systems and workflows
Requirements
  • 2+ years of document control, project coordination, or construction administration experience
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, EPC, industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, or mission-critical projects preferred
  • Familiarity with document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, SharePoint, Oracle/Unifier, or similar
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Experience
  • Data center or mission-critical construction experience
  • QA/QC or commissioning documentation support
  • Exposure to turnover packages and project closeout documentation
