Provide project document control of a Combined Cycle Project's Architectural Engineer, Owners Engineer, Contractors and other drawings, documents, records as well as perform other administrative duties as directed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and be self-directed; Possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
Highly motivated; able to work in a fast paced environment and able to meet deadlines;
Primarily responsible for managing project documents that are received, copied or scanned while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity.
Maintain stringent electronic and paper copy document control processes for all project related information.
Coordinate all communications including indexing, compilation and distribution of documents as well as meeting notes and assignments.
Utilize electronic filing and web-based project management, construction administration systems to store, manage, coding and tracking pertinent documents
Ability to use scanning and copying equipment, organize and maintain documents
Assist project managers to develop and maintain documents such as meeting agendas, meeting minutes, drawings, specifications and related items
Periodically train other employees on records management procedures and policies which include documentation, retention, retrieval and destruction
Assist with migrations, audits and perform administrative tasks as needed
Control the retrieval of documents; Receive and process submittals or shop drawing and requests for information or RFI's and maintain via tracking logs
Assist project managers with organizing and compiling forms, drawings, documents and receipts for reimbursable invoicing.
Ability to be detailed oriented, dependable, trustworthy and ability to work with complex and time sensitive documents
Willing to work overtime when needed.
Proficient with Microsoft software applications and Adobe software Requirements, familiarity with Document Control Systems
Ability to prioritize, possess excellent time management and trouble shooting skills
Copying Documents Scanning Documents Assembling and Binding Documents / inserting tabs and slip-sheet's / 3 ring binders, etc.
Verify vendor invoices for accuracy including proper accounting, sufficient supporting documentation for all man-hours, expenses, materials, and miscellaneous charges incurred.
Coordinate with vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies.
Maintain and apply working knowledge of Corporate Standards for Business Controls and meet management's expectations for effective internal business controls.
