The Sous Chef at Westmoor Country Club will assist the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations and will help ensure exceptional food quality for our members and guests in a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. This is a full-time position with benefits. Experience is required; experience in a private club, resort, or high-volume professional kitchen setting is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in supervising and coordinating kitchen operations for a la carte dining, special events, private functions, and banquet service.
  • Prepare and oversee a variety of established cold and hot menu items.
