Main purpose of the Executive Assistant position:

Revolve is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive assistant to our Chief Creative Officer.


Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Own the CCO’s calendar, managing complex schedules, prioritizing meetings and protecting the CCO’s time.
  • Arrange end-to-end travel logistics, including itineraries that anticipate potential changes.
  • Handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism.
  • Process monthly expense reports and maintain budgets.
  • Oversee invoicing and payment approvals, ensuring timely processing.
  • Coordinate staff gifting and celebrations.
  • Assist with contract negotiations, executions and databases on CCO’s behalf.
  • Maintain fluency in tools like Google Workspace, Atlassian, Concur and project management platforms.


Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Strategic calendar management with zero errors.
  • Anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Implementing new processes that increase efficiencies.
  • Building strong relationships with cross-functional and external partners.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or communication.
  • 4+ years of administrative experience supporting upper management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, often requiring diplomacy and discretion.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or communication.
  • 6+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Concur and Atlassian.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $71,000 to $75,000.
