Are you someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and taking ownership of the customer experience? DJ’s Landscape Management is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to support and manage an established portfolio of clients in the Ann Arbor market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship driven environment and enjoys both servicing existing clients and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring high quality service delivery, and identifying opportunities for additional work. This role is focused on client retention, satisfaction, and growth within an existing customer base.

Team Member Responsibilities - What You'll Do
  • Manage and service an existing portfolio of client accounts
