The Opportunity
Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As an Account Manager, you'll:
  • Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
  • Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
  • Manage all customer communication within client portfolio.
  • Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
  • Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
  • Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
