The expected pay range for this position is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
With 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, specializing in Time Tracking and Absence, you will play a key role in delivering impactful implementations and system enhancements for our clients. This role requires functional expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate can translate operational, compliance, and scheduling requirements into scalable Workday solutions. You will contribute to the full project lifecycle, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring clients achieve compliance, workforce efficiency, and an improved employee experience.
Your expertise will help organizations effectively manage time tracking, leave policies, and labor compliance while maximizing the value of their Workday investment.
Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions, ensuring alignment with client workforce policies and compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions that follow Workday best practices.
  • Support full-cycle project delivery, including configuration, unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, providing guidance on calculation rules, accruals, eligibility rules, and absence compliance.
  • Work closely with other functional areas (e.g., Payroll, Scheduling, Finance) to ensure seamless integration and operational alignment.
  • Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training.
  • Contribute to project planning and status reporting, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Stay current on Workday releases, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance solution delivery.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Time Tracking and Absence Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in Workday configuration for Time and Absence, including accrual calculations, validation rules, and compliance setup.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, leave policies, and workforce scheduling practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in configuration and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
