Job description

Position: Learning and Talent Development Intern
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Salary Range: $25.00 per hour
Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Fall 2026 term (September - December). When you join Superior, you join a national leader in electrical design and construction. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns, leadership training, career prep, unique jobsite visits, and beyond.
Under the guidance of our Learning and Talent Development team, you'll work with departments across the organization to develop training materials and programs. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
  • Help support various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for TSG employees
  • Support leadership program activities
  • Provide basic technical support and customer service to TSG team members
  • Participate in team meetings to identify training opportunities
  • Help support with learning initiatives aligned with department career pathways
  • Assist with deploying online content and coordinating in-person training
  • Support construction and safety training efforts
  • Help create visual, audio, and interactive learning tools
  • Assist with designing content to optimize learning outcomes
