Mary Kraft is recruiting for an Executive Assistant on behalf of our partner, a leading pharmacy and medical equipment company! This is a contract position offering competitive pay, a dynamic work culture and career advancement opportunity!
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
Tasks That Will Lead You to Success
  • Execute a broad spectrum of departmental tasks and projects, including the handling of confidential assignments.
  • Welcome customers/patients, respond to inquiries, and cultivate a warm and inviting environment.
  • Exhibit courteous and professional communication through phone, email, and mail correspondence.
  • Develop and manage spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
  • Supervise office supplies and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Monitor licenses, oversee renewals, process new applications and handle insurance provider credentialing.
  • Ensure compliance training is up-to-date and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff, organize and manage lunches and meetings effectively.
  • Oversee compliance with federal regulations and actively contribute to the compliance program.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of contractors for building maintenance
Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Google Office Suite, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of various office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Proof of vaccination is required for consideration.
