Expanding company is Norcross is looking for a pro with 3 plus years' experience in Construction Equipment, Tools, SALES AND RENTALS
SALARY: $65k-$78k / Annually
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- 3 PLUS YEARS EXPERIENCE MANAGING UP TO 6 WORKERS
- BILINGUAL SPANISH IS PREFFERED
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RENTAL AND CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
- STRONG P&L MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND WRITTEN SKILLS IS REQUIRED
- BILINGUAL/SPANISH IS A PLUS
- HEAVY EQUIPMENT SALES/ RENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
- HIRE AND TRAIN STAFF
- MARKETING COMPANY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY TO ATTRACT NEW CLIENTS
- FINANCIAL REPORTING EXPERIENCE
- FLEXIBLE WITH HOURS
- MONDAY-FRIDAY SOME SATURDAYS (5 Day work week)
